Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with COHMOTO. All COHMOTO products are made to order, which means your item is produced specifically for your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selected
• Wrong color selected
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review your product details, size, color, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at cohmoto34@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive, please contact us at cohmoto34@gmail.com. Claims for lost packages must generally be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or needs to be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at cohmoto34@gmail.com. Because our products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
